As a Registered Representative at APEX Wealth Services, my primary responsibility is handling all operations for the team – I pull the levers behind the scenes. While I may not be the person you meet with, I am the one generating paperwork, collecting signatures, and making sure everything we are trying to do gets done in a timely manner. I've worked in the financial services industry since 2022, joining APEX after graduating from Indiana University. My journey into this field began when I almost immediately changed my career plan from accounting to the financial industry after taking a personal financial planning course in college, where I realized even the smallest bit of planning and education can make a major difference in someone's finances and even their life.
I was inspired to pursue a career in financial services because this career puts me in a unique position to help people. I'm in an industry that is everchanging, demands constant education, and provides me an outlet to share what I know and what I continue to learn with my colleagues, clients, and even friends and family. In this job, it's amazing how one small piece of information can make a massive impact for a client, which reinforces why attention to detail and thoroughness in my operational role is so crucial to our team's success.
What I most enjoy about my job is getting to work closely with the rest of my team. We all work as one big unit, and regardless of your title, we are all equally valued and important to the system. This collaborative environment allows me to contribute meaningfully to our clients' financial journeys, even though my work often happens behind the scenes. The teamwork and shared commitment to excellence make every day rewarding, knowing that my operational expertise helps facilitate positive outcomes for the people we serve.
A native of Zionsville, Indiana, I currently live in Lebanon, Indiana. In my free time, I love anything to do with the outdoors – hiking and fishing are some of my favorite ways to enjoy a beautiful day. If I'm stuck inside, I love watching movies, reading, and I listen to a lot of music.
